Our inflatable bounce houses are cleaned and sanitized before each and every rental with an OdoBan®, Simple Green and 5% bleach solution. 
What is Odoban:
A Sanitizer… kills 99.99% of germs such as †Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep), Escherichia coli 0157:H7 (E.coli)(pathogenic strain), Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus (Staph) and Klebsiella pneumoniae on hard, nonporous, nonfood contact surfaces in 60 seconds.

A Disinfectant… fungicidal against germs ‡such as Trichophyton mentagrophyte (the athlete’s foot fungus), when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise facilities.

A Mildewstat… effectively controls and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew.

Rest assured that all bouncy houses will be anchored down to the ground and fully sanitized.
If your setup will be on a hard surface we use 2″ landing pads for added safety.

Please take note of some details and questions that are commonly asked:

Please NO shoes, food, (cake, candy, juice), sharp objects, silly string or pets of any kind allowed in the bouncy house.

–Please be mindful of barbecue grills and fire pits when selecting your setup location. Open flames or heat sources should be at least 15 feet away from inflatables.

-Check for slopes. Look for slopes or hilly terrain at the setup location. If you place a ball on the slope and it rolls, (basketball, volleyball, beach ball), then we would not want to setup there. If you place a ball on the slop and it does not roll then we can setup there. This is for the safety and comfort of the bouncy house riders.

Cancellation, Weather/Rain Policy and Deposit: If your event will be canceled for any reason including rain/inclement weather you can reschedule for another date, (as long as the party rentals you are renting are available for the new event date). The deposit is refundable if the notification of cancellation is weather related and occurs at least 2 days or more before the original party date. (If your party is on a Saturday. Please let me know by 5pm the Thursday before the party).

If a cancellation is made 2  days or less from the original party date then the deposit is non-refundable, however it is now a credit for a future rental.
If you chose to postpone your party rentals for any reason the deposit will be good for a future rental for up to 2 years, (24 months), of original party date. If you do not book another rental past 48 months then the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any deposit.
Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of equipment at the time of notification of postponement.

Notice regarding weather: We will setup and tear-down in the rain but we will not setup in winds of over 15 miles per hour.  Some of our bounce house with slide combos are water slides and can be used as a water slide in light rain. *Please keep in mind: Most Inflatable Bouncy Castles are not water tight like a tent. There are seams, ventilation holes as well as a sun-roof flap, in the roof that can allow water into the bouncing surface. The roofs of bouncy houses are to shield from the sun, not the rain. Therefore, it is possible the bouncing surface may become slippery in rainy weather*
